The DoIT Team has implemented an online password management system that allows DoIT managed users to manage their own passwords. The password management system allows users to answer a few personal questions in order to enroll in the self servicing system.
Once enrolled, users are able to reset forgotten passwords, unlock their accounts and change their password without the assistance of the DoIT helpdesk.
To access the system, please follow the appropriate link below.
Enroll in Password Management System
If you have not already enrolled in the password managment system or would like to change your enrollment questions and answers select this option.
Change Password
Select change password if you know your current password and would like to change it.
Unlock Your Account
Select unlock account if you would like to unlock your account without changing your current password. You will be asked to answer your enrollment questions after which your account will automatically be unlocked
Reset Forgotten Password
Select reset forgotten password if you have lost or cannot remember your current password. You will be asked to answer your enrollment questions after which you can reset your password.
