Department/Office Websites
Management of departmental website content is done in collaboration between each office area and the DoIT office. Some offices have staff members that manage their own content updates, while others submit content updates to the DoIT office.
- Small website updates as well as detailed changes for departmental content should be submitted using the online Help Request Form.
Student Organization Websites
Currently only a limited number of student organizations are hosted on the DoIT web server. Student Organizations are responsible for creating their own layouts and updating their own web content.
It is recommended that student organizations primarily utilize the web space provide by the Department of Student Activities for recognized student organizations. Please visit studentactivities.tamu.edu for Student Activities Web Space Requests.
Hosting Renewal
Groups that are currently hosted by the DoIT office must renew their hosting agreement and update their contact information annually.
