Our New Ticketing System Launches!
Howdy!
With this new change, all new tickets will be managed within the new IT Service Portal, eliminating the need for Service Now. This transition is aimed at improving our IT support services. Any new tickets opened by email will automatically be redirected to the new system. Rest assured, any tickets submitted in Service Now before this conversion will be processed as usual. The only other noticeable changes will be the look and feel of the emails you receive after opening a new ticket, and all other communications from the IT staff regarding your ticket.
To access the ticketing system, you may visit the link here at the IT Service Portal or by going to the “Get Help” link at the top of the site and selecting “Submit a Ticket.”
As always, you are more than welcome to continue submitting tickets via email at [email protected], calling us at the Service Desk (979) 862-7990, or visiting us at our Service Desk walk-up location at 227 of the John J. Koldus Building.
