The Department of Information Technology will be hosting an Introduction to WordPress session for Division of Student Affairs staff and student workers.
During the Introduction to WordPress session, you will be introduced to the WordPress toolbars, where to create/edit pages and posts, using tags and categories, utilizing comments, managing media (images and documents), and customizing the main navigation and footer menus. After this session, you will be familiar with how to access the various components in order to manage your website in WordPress.

Location: Virtual. A link will be sent to all registrants in advance of the class.
What to bring: In order to participate in the class, a computer with Zoom will be required.
Target Audience: Those new to WordPress and who will be strictly managing/editing content.
