Microsoft Outlook

Get Organized

Microsoft’s Email Software, known as Outlook, has so many more functions than just sending and receiving basic emails. Its ability to schedule meetings, craft emails, and even organize our emails and tasks, makes it a powerful tool to help us organize our lives.

Outlook has 2 fundamental ways to use it. The first way is through a web-based service called Outlook on the Web Access or OWA. This allows access to emails using a web browser such as Google Chrome, Firefox, or Navigator. Most people use the actual Outlook Desktop App from Microsoft for accessing email.

As part of DoIT’s commitment to training, we’ve assembled several learning resources to help you learn and master Microsoft Outlook as a tool.
